I wonder how much this car weighed? My Grand Marquis with its Modular 4.6 hits 60 in roughly the same time despite having 100 less horsepower. It weighs ~4200 lbs.

Somewhere around 4700lbs. If the gross to net hp conversion is done, your hp advantage is even less.

Sorry I'm a bit confused, /my/ HP advantage? The video says the Newport has 330 HP (before conversion I assume), my Marquis has roughly 230.
